Exchange Policy

We understand that sizing can be tricky and colours sometimes look different on screen. Our exchange policy is designed to make sure you end up with exactly what you love.

Exchange Window

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. This gives you enough time to try your pieces and determine if an exchange is needed. Requests made after 7 days cannot be accommodated.

Eligible Exchanges

We can process exchanges for:

  • A different size of the same item
  • A different colour variant of the same item (subject to availability)
  • An item of equal or greater value (with the customer paying the price difference)

Conditions for Exchange

Items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In original packaging with all tags intact
  • Returned with original proof of purchase

How to Exchange

Contact us at shop.nurah@outlook.com with your order number and the details of what you'd like to exchange. Our team will guide you through the process and confirm availability of the replacement item before you ship anything back.

Shipping for Exchanges

The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning an item for exchange and the delivery cost of receiving the replacement item to you. If the exchange is due to a defect or an error on our part, all shipping costs are covered by Nurah The Label.
