Refund Policy

At Nurah The Label, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund requests only for items that are damaged or incorrect. Normal purchases are not eligible for a refund, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free from perfume, stains, or any damage caused after receipt
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email at shop.nurah@outlook.com. Include your order number, item(s) to be returned, and the reason for your refund request.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back via the original payment method or as store credit, as preferred.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during promotional events
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items returned after the 7-day window
  • Gift cards

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective. In such cases, Nurah The Label will cover return shipping in full.
