Shipping & Delivery

Nurah The Label ships across Pakistan. We take care to package every order beautifully, because the unboxing experience is part of the Nurah experience.

Delivery Timelines

We process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery timelines from dispatch are as follows:

• Karachi: 3–5 business days
• All other cities in Pakistan: 5–7 business days

Please note that timelines may be extended during public holidays, sales events, or due to courier delays beyond our control. We will always notify you of any significant delays.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of PKR 250 per order. Shipping is completely free on all orders above PKR 10,000 — so stock up and save.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your shipment through our courier partner's website. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Packaging

Every Nurah order is packed in our signature clear matte zipper packaging. We believe the packaging should feel as special as the clothing inside. Orders are sealed securely to protect your items during transit.

International Shipping
